Position Overview
We are hiring a highly motivated Brand Promotion & Customer Relationship Manager to elevate Arctic Soul’s visibility, strengthen customer loyalty, and support our long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will lead brand-focused initiatives, enhance customer experience systems, and apply data-driven methods to deepen engagement with our expanding community of customers.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Marketing
- Develop and implement brand promotion strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage campaigns that enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and market positioning.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Track brand performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare periodic reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Lead CRM strategies to strengthen customer retention, satisfaction, and repeat engagement.
- Manage and update customer databases, segmentation profiles, and outreach workflows.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Utilize customer insights to inform marketing decisions and improve service quality.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Support collaborations with retailers, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Organize community events, pop-up activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to align brand initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Contribute to product launch planning, campaign calendars, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Media Communication and Journalism is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or CRM roles.
- Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, customer analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative, and evolving environment.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary Range: $65,000–$84,000 (commensurate with experience).
Schedule: Standard Monday–Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week.
